1. Company and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how UZZU SIGNAL TECHNOLOGIES, Registration Number 202603213763 (IP0630692-P), handles personal data and business information in connection with its AI-assisted content creation, scheduling, publishing and automation services.

2. Information we may process

Depending on the service, we may process contact and account information; business and campaign information; content briefs; generated content; review and scheduling information; connected-service identifiers and authorisation information; support communications; and technical or usage information such as device, browser, logs and security events.

For purchases and subscriptions, we may also process order details, selected plan, billing contact information, amount, currency, payment status and non-sensitive transaction references. Please do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords or unnecessary confidential information by email, WhatsApp or our enquiry form.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to provide and improve the service, generate requested content, organise drafts and schedules, support connected publishing, respond to enquiries, administer plans, process and reconcile payments, maintain security, prevent fraud or misuse, handle refunds or disputes, comply with law and communicate service information.

4. Payment partners and transaction processing

Where necessary to accept or manage a payment, relevant personal and transaction data may be disclosed or transmitted to authorised payment gateways, payment processors, acquiring banks, card networks, e-wallet providers, fraud-prevention or identity-verification providers and other payment partners involved in the transaction.

The information shared may include your name, contact details, billing details, order or plan information, amount, currency, transaction reference, payment status, IP address, device or security information, and any other data reasonably required to authenticate, authorise, settle or reconcile the payment; prevent fraud; manage chargebacks or refunds; and meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.

Payment partners process information under their own privacy notices and security practices. Payment details entered directly into a payment partner's hosted interface are handled by that partner and are not intended to be submitted through UZZU's general contact channels. We share payment-related data only where reasonably necessary for these purposes or where required by law.

5. Other service providers and integrations

We may use service providers for hosting, AI processing, communications, analytics, workflow automation and other operational functions. Connected social platforms and third-party integrations process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

International processing may occur where a provider operates outside Malaysia. Where applicable, we consider appropriate contractual, organisational and legal safeguards.

6. Cookies and local storage

7. Security and retention

We aim to use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we do not provide an absolute security guarantee.

Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, service administration, payment reconciliation, dispute handling, security, backups and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.

8. Choices, rights and PDPA considerations

Subject to applicable law and verification, individuals may request access or correction, ask questions about processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a complaint. Some requests may be limited by legal, security, contractual or technical requirements.

Where the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 applies, we aim to handle personal data consistently with applicable principles and obligations. We may update our practices as the service and applicable requirements change.
