1. Business identity and acceptance

These terms govern services offered by UZZU SIGNAL TECHNOLOGIES, Registration Number 202603213763 (IP0630692-P). By subscribing, purchasing custom work or using an agreed service, you accept the applicable order, plan details and these terms.

2. Service description and eligibility

Services may include AI-assisted captions, posts, visual concepts, short-video workflows, brand voice configuration, content calendars, review, scheduling, supported publishing integrations and custom automation. Features depend on the agreed plan and configuration.

Users must be legally able to enter the agreement and, for business accounts, authorised to act for that organisation.

3. Accounts, pricing and payment

Users are responsible for account security, accurate information, authorised use and activities under their access. Pricing, billing frequency, taxes, renewal arrangements and usage conditions are those confirmed during subscription or in a custom proposal. Do not assume a free trial, annual discount or unlisted generation allowance.

A payment is treated as successful only after confirmation by the relevant payment partner. Pending, declined, reversed or unverified transactions may delay activation. Necessary payment information may be handled or shared as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Service activation and delivery

These are digital services and no physical shipping is provided. Delivery may occur through account activation, email, a shared workspace, a supported integration or another channel stated in the order or proposal.

Standard subscription access is normally activated immediately after successful payment and any required verification, and no later than 24 hours in ordinary circumstances. Assisted setup is normally completed within 3 to 5 business days after all required information and access are received. Custom or enterprise delivery follows the milestones and ETA stated in the accepted proposal. Full details, dependencies and delay procedures are set out in the Service Delivery Policy.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation stops future renewal from the confirmed effective date but does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Refund eligibility, request information, review timing and payment-partner processing time are governed by the Refund Policy and any accepted custom proposal, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, harmful, abusive or prohibited content; impersonation; malware; unauthorised access; manipulation of platform systems; or content that violates applicable law or third-party policies.

7. AI-generated content and user responsibility

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, bias or unsuitable material. You are responsible for reviewing facts, claims, prices, dates, images, rights, advertising compliance and suitability before approval and publication.

You remain responsible for the content you approve and publish and for obtaining rights to business information, trademarks, copyright material, images, music and other inputs or outputs you use.

8. Third-party platforms

Publishing and some delivery steps depend on supported integrations, valid account permissions and third-party platform rules. Platforms or payment partners may change their systems, restrict formats, reject requests, experience outages or withdraw access. We do not control or guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability.

9. Suspension, termination and availability

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for non-payment, security, unlawful use, material breach, technical risk or compliance. Services may change, be interrupted or require maintenance. Custom transition or export arrangements must be agreed separately.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free generation, campaign performance or acceptance by a platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any limitation of liability must be read with the applicable order, mandatory consumer rights and Malaysian law.

11. Changes, contact and governing law

We may update these terms prospectively and will provide appropriate notice for material changes where required. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, subject to applicable mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules.
